We had a very pleasant experience. I decided to purchase a puppy on a whim. We went in and were given all the information we needed. I asked a million questions and even though they were busy they helped me with every one. The lenders I went through were having trouble on their end and the employees did everything they could to help us get out of their with our puppy. They went above and beyond making phone calls and one of the managers even came back in to work after having left before we got there just to help us out. They stayed after closing time and were kind the entire time. We love our new fur child and had a really wonderful experience. Thank you to everyone there.
