We got our puppy from this location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. At first, I was hesitant to get a puppy from a pet store for moral reasons (our other puppy was directly from a breeder) but this location was clean and the animals seemed happy and taken care of. The pet handler was knowledgeable about the breed we selected and most importantly, our puppy was 100% healthy per our vet’s exam. I have to say that I was completely skeptical about getting a pet without knowing all of the facts. I had read some negative things about Petland which is why I am taking time to leave a review about my experience. This place gets 4 stars only because the price of our puppy was +$1000. He did come with all of his puppy shots as well as we had to buy a kennel and other puppy startup (a few toys & food).
