Great little pet shop. They are a little limited on selection on just about everything but dogs. But the staff is lovely. The Store is clean and inviting.

Found our Basset Hound online went in to meet her the next morning and she is now in her forever home. Sydney was great with us in helping get everything together. The only downfall is now we have to drive an hr to pickerington to buy something every 3 months to stay in the puppies for life program.

Store was clean and staffed appropriately. Small store so selection varieties were small. Must have been there at delivery time because 1 aisle was blocked by a skid of product and I couldn't access that aisle.

Every employee I have encountered there is kind, friendly, helpful, thoughtful, knowledgeable, experienced , patient , smiling and makes me feel respected, appreciated and I want to visit often because of the atmosphere they help to create.

Tonya B. Was amazing! She responded quickly to my inquiry regarding a male Yorkie. I was unable to come into the store because I was out of town, she sent me pictures and I was able to Decide on my new puppy.

The staff here at this Pet land were by far the most helpful associates I could have ever asked for. Tanya helped me secure my first dog EVER!!! She made the process feel seamless!!!!! There was a good chance we weren’t going to walk out with a dog tonight…. But Tanya made it happen!!! There was one other associate that was super helpful for us, I can’t remember her name but she was a shorter young black haired girl, she answered tons of questions and offered unrivaled assistance. With all that being said… nothing but love for you freaks ❤️ Hope to see you again! I’ll bring Cassie my new mini basset hound back for a visit soon!!! Thank you again!!!

Took my nephew in to play with a puppy so I wasn't really looking to purchase anything. That did not matter to the employees as they were wonderful! Thank you!
#Revisit : I came back in there today with my nephew, only because of how friendly everybody was last time! I made some purchases today and everyone was just as friendly as my last visit. Great customer service was the ONLY reason I came to this location as I passed at least 3-4 stores I could have gotten my needs from on the way. Keep up the good work! Thank you!

The staff here that we met Tonya specifically and the two others that worked with her on the 27th of April were outstanding. Tonya should really be a store manager. She solved our issues when there was a dispute over another manager giving special treatment to another customer that didn't pay a deposit but we was taken care of and the store was very clean, the animals areas were cleaned also, they all seemed to be in really good spirits this shows that the staff members do care about the pets and that's a monster impression on me. Anyone, looking to find pets, information or supplies I highly suggest going here and asking for Tonya.
